Airport Transfers General Conditions
We kindly advice you to read carefully the following general conditions before making any reservation. Enclosed you will find all the information and regulation rules that will apply to the services and transfers provided by GoGoTaxis Airport Transfers.
1. GoGoTaxis is a registered mark with it´s bussiness center and headquarters in Bulgaria.
2. GoGoTaxis is specialized in providing services around the metropolitan area of Balkan countryes.
3. The contract regulations will be based in Bulgarian legislation.
4. Services to be paid with credit card. GoGoTaxis will confirm the reservation, including the details and paying amount of the service by e-mail.
5. You will find, enclosed to the confirmation e-mail that you will receive when booking your reservation, the voucher that you will have to print and provide to the representative or driver of GoGoTaxis before starting our service.
6. When Group reservations, the person contracting the service is resposible for all the passengers included in the reservation, and accepts the regulations for all the group.
7. GoGoTaxis is only responsible for our own services provided with our own vehicles. When transportation is provided through other operators but travelling with our vehicles, the regulations of GoGoTaxis will be the ones to aply.
8. The departure and destination addresses are given by the client when booking the reservation and the estimate given by GoGoTaxis is based on that information. It is very important to double check on the addresses given before booking the reservation. Subsequent changes of any of the addresses provided will not charge any further amount to the estimate if the new address is locaed in Barcelona city and the modificaion is e-mailed to "transfers@gogotaxis.com" at least 24 hours before the arrival. Any appliable charge due to wrong destination addresses while the service is provided will be payed directly to the driver in cash.
9. Cancelation of services has to be communicated at least 5 days before the expected arrival day e-mailing Barcelona Airport Transfers at "transfers@gogotaxis.com". Administration cost of cancelations will be free of service. If a reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the pick-up time, any money paid would be totally non-refundable.
10. Every client is entitled for 1 piece of luggage per person (surf boards, skiis, or other special will not be considered suitcases).When booking, you should specify if you are travelling with more luggage, or push-chairs, foldable or battery operated wheelchairs or any special parcel that may need a special transportation so that we can provide the most suitable vehicle.
In the case that a client arrives with a non declared excess of luggage GoGoTaxis keeps the option of loading it upon availability.
11. Sofia Airport Transfers plannifies the services to arrive on time and avoid any incoviniences to our clients, although exceptional circumstances may make difficult to develop our activity:
* Road accidents, with unexpected traffic jams.
* Police controls
* Strikes and demonstrations.
* Problems caused by the delay of other passengers.
* Adverse climate circumstances.
12. According to GoGoTaxis rules, smoking is not allowed in public transport of passengers.
13. GoGoTaxis keeps the right by judgement of their representative or drivers to refuse any passenger that seems to be under the effect of alcohol, drugs, or having any agresive behavior.
14. Our vehicles are insured covering civil responsabilities and personal property, according to the passengers transport regulations.
